Ladder Internships is a selective program that connects high school students with emerging start-ups across industries such as technology, Artificial Intelligence / Machine Learning, deep tech, health tech, marketing, journalism, and consulting. The program partners with companies that have typically secured over a million dollars in funding, offering students insights into the operations of dynamic, growth-stage companies.
