The Ladder University Internship Program is a virtual internship that matches university students with startup companies to work on defined projects over eight weeks. You are paired with a startup founder or company mentor and contribute to a project related to your academic interests. The topics covered may include software engineering, machine learning, finance, environmental science, consulting, or media. Your work may include tasks such as market research, product development support, coding features, analyzing data, or developing strategy materials, depending on the needs of the host company. 3. Naval Research Enterprise Internship Program (NREIP)
