In addition to being mentored by a professional from within the startup, you will also receive guidance from a Ladder Coach, ensuring personalized mentorship. Ladder Internships offers two main programs with their own list of requirements: the Startup Internship Program and the Research Internship Program. They also offer a Combination Startup-Research Internship program, which is a combination of the two programs. They provide full and partial financial aid to students in need. The virtual nature of the internship also offers flexibility and accessibility.
