Gap Inc.’s This Way Onward program is a summer internship that provides hands-on experience and mentorship in the fashion retail industry. 2. Ladder Internship Program

Location: Remote! You can work from anywhere in the world.

Ladder Internships is a selective start-up internship program for ambitious high school students! In the program, you work with a high-growth start-up on an internship. Start-ups that offer internships range across a variety of industries, from tech/deep tech and AI/ML to health tech, marketing, journalism, consulting, and more. Ladder’s start-ups are high-growth companies on average, raising over a million dollars. Interns work closely with their manager at the startup on real-world projects and present their work to the company. The virtual internship is usually 8 weeks long.

3. URBN Internships

URBN’s summer internship introduces you to how the fashion and retail industry works from the inside. The Banson NYC Fashion Summer Camp offers you the opportunity to explore the fashion world through hands-on activities and guidance from experts. 6. The North Carolina Theatre Conservatory (Raleigh)

The Fashion Design Reimagined Program at Drexel University is a selective summer experience that accepts only 18 students each year.
