Start-ups that offer internships range across a variety of industries, from tech/deep tech and AI/ML to health tech, business, marketing, journalism, consulting, and more. Ladder’s start-ups are high-growth companies that have raised over a million dollars on average. During the internship, you will work closely with your startup manager and a dedicated Ladder Coach on current projects at the company and present your work at the end of the program. The program also includes professional skill development and group training sessions.

3. Goldman Sachs Summer Analyst Program
